Terms of Service
Voice AI Receptionist Service
By completing payment at sovioai.com, you agree to all terms set forth in this agreement. This constitutes a binding contract between you and Sovio AI.
This Client Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date of payment between Sovio AI, a technology services company — upon formation of Sovio AI LLC, this Agreement shall automatically bind the LLC as successor entity ("Sovio", "we", "us") — and the business owner completing checkout ("Client", "you").
1.Services Provided
Sovio will provide Client with a Voice AI Receptionist service, which includes:
- A custom AI voice agent configured for Client's business
- 24/7 inbound call handling — answering, engaging, and qualifying callers
- Automated follow-up text messages to callers
- Calendar or booking integration (where applicable)
- Onboarding and initial configuration within 5 business days of payment
The specific tier of service (Starter, Pro, or Elite) is determined by the plan selected at checkout. Service details for each tier are outlined at sovioai.com.
2.Fees & Payment
Client agrees to the following payment terms:
- A one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $299 is charged at the time of first payment
- Monthly subscription fees are billed automatically on the same date each month
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Failed payments will result in a 3-day grace period before service is suspended
3.Term & Cancellation
This Agreement is month-to-month with no long-term commitment required.
- Client may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice via email to hello@sovioai.com
- No refunds are issued for partial months
- The $299 setup fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
- Upon cancellation, service will remain active through the end of the current billing period
4.No Guarantees
Sovio does not guarantee specific business outcomes including but not limited to:
- A specific number of calls answered or appointments booked
- Increases in revenue or lead generation
- Performance outcomes based on Client's call volume
Sovio guarantees that the Voice AI service will be configured, deployed, and operational within 5 business days of payment. In the event of extended service downtime caused solely by Sovio, Client will receive a prorated credit.
5.Intellectual Property
All technology, workflows, AI configurations, and systems used to deliver Sovio's services remain the sole property of Sovio AI. Client receives a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for the duration of their subscription. Client may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any component of the service.
6.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovio's total liability to Client for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client in the 30 days preceding the claim. Sovio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
7.Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared in connection with this Agreement. Client's business information will not be shared with third parties without consent. Sovio's systems, pricing, and workflows are considered proprietary and confidential.
8.Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
9.Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions. Sovio reserves the right to update these terms with 14 days notice to active clients via email.
